Calculation groups can be a powerful tool to reuse code and offer advanced functionality in tabular models and Power Bi datasets.
We will very briefly present some of the common applications (date and currency) but will quickly move further to present different use cases for calculation groups you might never have thought and at the same time be aware of perfomance and potential pitfalls.

Some uses will be combined with intermediate/advanced data modelling.
Everything will be presented as code/modelling and final reports in Power BI

Basic data modelling and DAX knowledge is required.
We will offer a very brief intro to people not familiar with calculation groups but will rather quickly dive into intermediate and advance applications.
