An exploration in to "Revenue Generating Activities" and how we can use the concept to prioritize automation for our orgs. Once we realize that we are all in sales, the parallels become much more clear. Using the concept of RGAs, we can identify what is important for our Org to deliver and begin analyzing the activities that are needed to support those deliverables.
