Insights from multiple years of Serverless-first development strategy on AWS
Several years ago my company decided to to take Serverless-first approach on AWS for each new development. If this talk I'd like to explain our initial thoughts and expectations behind this decision. After many years of practical experience with this strategy I'd also like to talk about the faced challenges (technical and organizational), how we tackled them, what we learned along the way and what expectations still remain unfulfilled.
