I'll be focusing on how you can advertise a new Office 365 service to your end users, having a roadmap for all the Office 365 services, when to turn on which service, pilot phase, collecting user feedback, user education, how to use Office 365 to address the problems your business is facing, having a well-defined governance for all the Office 365 services and much more. It would be completely about how you can be successful with Office 365 once you have migrated to the Cloud.
