This talk introduces an AI-driven SRE agent built to reduce MTTR for Lidl’s mission-critical checkout platform across 32 countries and 65+ Kubernetes
clusters. The system unifies Kubernetes telemetry, cloud monitoring metrics, and service-specific knowledge into a single operational workflow, enabling
rapid root-cause analysis, cross-cluster correlation, and actionable remediation guidance. By automating discovery and standardizing diagnostics across
heterogeneous environments, the agent accelerates incident triage and restores service faster for high-volume retail operations.
