I've gone over to the dark side and have been working 100% remotely for 2 years in a development team at a startup.
The covid effect has encouraged companies to adopt this way of working brutally. Some have been won over, others not. For me, the experience has been super positive.
In this conference, I'd like to share my personal experience of what remote working has brought me, both as an employee and as the manager of this team, one of the most successful I've met in my 15 years of experience.
What does remote control bring to the table compared with face-to-face teams? What mechanisms are put in place to ensure success in this context?
