In this session, I will share my journey of moving from an Agile coach role to becoming a manager. I will discuss the training and experiences I gained as an Agile coach, why I realised that the role wasn’t the right fit for me, and how I found my true passion and impact in management. I will offer practical insights on recognising when a role isn't aligned with your strengths and how to transition to one that is.
