In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to automate business processes by creating cloud flows using a practical, step-by-step approach.

We will start by learning the fundamental concepts of Power Automate and then move into creating cloud flows using guided examples. From there, we will create our own flows based on real-world scenarios. Throughout the workshop, each flow will take things one step further as we learn how to build approvals, use conditions, expressions, and loops, integrate flows with Microsoft Teams, and handle errors in cloud flows. We will also cover how to use Microsoft Copilot and how to infuse AI capabilities such as AI Builder prompts to extract or modify information, and the Workflows Agent to automate processes. Towards the end of the workshop, we will also learn how to take our cloud flow skills and use them for Agent flows!
