Session
Gradle Maturity
Gradle makes it very simple to get a Java project up and running. But as your organization matures, your usage of Gradle should mature along with it. This talk is a roadmap for that maturity. We will not dig too deep on technical implementation, but more on defining which pieces need to be built, roughly in order of increasing maturity, with some brief examples on how these pieces might be implemented.
This covers CI practices, artifact resolution and publication, Gradle plugins and more.
This talk is targeted toward engineers who use Gradle, but are not experts. It is especially for build engineers or platform engineers who are working on shared tooling for builds and CI.
It is a full length 50-60 minute talk.
A/V support consists of slides with bullet points, diagrams, and small code snippets.
This talk has not been delivered publicly yet, but will be delivered at a user group soon.
