Stop Coding Agents: Orchestrating AWS Agent SOPs
With AI, everyone is coding agents now. Making them reliable in production without constant code changes is the hard part.
AWS open-sourced Agent SOPs - markdown-based workflow templates that define agent behaviour without code. Individual SOPs work well, but production workflows require chaining multiple SOPs together where output from one becomes input to the next. Currently, orchestrating these chains still requires custom code.
This session explores an orchestration framework that eliminates that barrier. Using only markdown SOPs, you can build complex multi-step agent workflows without writing code. You'll see live examples of chained workflows, how the framework handles parameter passing and state management, and the architectural decisions that make no-code agent orchestration production-ready.
