What are the parallels between TTRPGs and professional interactions, and how can they help our career journey and personal growth? Join a panel of creative Microsoft employees and experienced DMs who do actually play TTRPGs at work. We are members of an officially recognized Microsoft employee organization called the Storytellers Guild that uses TTRPGs to improve our communication, improvisation, storytelling, and to practice empathy. All panelists are accomplished DMs.
