Estuarine mapping is a method recently created by Dave Snowden, of Cynefin fame. It helps one or more teams to derisk a complex situation. By leading participants to break down and describe their present state, they are better able to perceive the sets of small changes that could lead to a bigger impact, better resilience, and less resistance.

In this workshop, participants will gain hands-on experience with this method. They will also learn when and how to run it for themselves.
