Session

Failing to plan is planning to fail

IT systems are already highly important for most (if not all) companies.

Those systems need to be available (up to) 24/7/365. This requires a lot of planning to ensure those systems are taken care of properly.

As we all know from recent memory: outages of "unbreakable" systems happen more often than we'd like.

In this strategy session we'll talk about what these outages can mean to a business, how to assess availability requirements, how to avoid/mitigate potential outages, and also how to proceed when an outage occurs.

You will leave this session with a set of ideas to help you approach planning for system failures/outages at your job.

A little bit of preparation can save a lot of stress and expense in the future!
