Design Thinking is a user centred process that will help any Maker create desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable low code no code products and services. Design Thinking is based on the principles of human-centered design: empathy, defining problems, generating ideas, creating prototypes. The process helps Makers shape and test products and services that are more likely to be accepted by the User. In this session, we will explore how Design Thinking can be applied to Power Platform and M365 - from designing a better digital products to designing a better service or even a better customer and business processes.
