In this session, we explore how Agile Teams can utilize MS Copilot 365 Agents created with MS Copilot Studio during famous "knowledge transfer / shadowing / reserve shadowing" phases. I am preparing this talk from real-world experience managing 10+ large-scale enterprise transitions in 2025Q4 - 2026Q1 where we used GenAI from Day 1 in the project, and I will tell you what worked well and what not, so you can learn from my mistakes and success.
