This year I deployed dozen of AI-agents and Assistants developed with Microsoft Copilot studio, so I had an opportunity to explore this no-code agent development platform from various angles – as a Citizen Developer, as a AI Solution Architect and as a Support person helping end-users to benefit those agents and resolve various issues they were facing. In this session I will cover what Copilot Studio does really well (as of Q2 2026 now - to be updated for Q3 before the event if my talk is selected), what are the major limitations, and how to overcome some of them should you be tasked to introduce Microsoft Copilot in your organization.
