This Coaching and Mentoring session will help you to develop a plan to mentor new educators and coach seasoned educators. Participants will learn to build a collaborative process that will create a foundation of support through resources and professional development, develop measurable goals, provide support through motivation and modeling, while creating direction and vision for their program.
