The topic of the workshop will be the use of stoic tools in working with a scrum team and change management in an organization transitioning to Agile.
If you think that you are at a dead end as a scrum master, agile coach or change agent, then this workshop is just for you. This is how it happens, but with the use of tools such as preameditatio malorum, exetazein, dependent vs independent and many others, deal with deadlock and chaos in the organization. You will learn stoic techniques for dealing with difficult situations. You will learn to work in an environment where only change is certain and after the workshop you will find a way to work with change in your team, organization or for yourself.
The workshop is addressed to every person who works as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, but also to anyone who wants to find a way to work in the VUCA world.
As the workshop is practical in nature, we will use the participants experiences and I will also share my own. Certainly, something that will be a good starting point for the participants will be to read the Meditations of Marcus Aurelius, and for those interested, the letters of Seneca and Epictetus Encheiridion.
