I have over 15 years of experience as a facilitator and have served as an organizational development lead for 5 years, focusing on retention and staff motivation. Throughout my career, I have worked as a leadership coach in various industries, including tech, non-profit, trades, insurance and healthcare. I have designed, developed, and delivered leadership development programs, aiming to support leaders and their teams in overcoming internal challenges and improving performance.

I am a certified coach and facilitator. I have also co-authored a book titled Motivational Health, which explores the connection between motivation, well-being and productivity in the workplace. I have been a keynote speaker at both national and international events on this topic.

In my personal time, I enjoy cooking and trying new restaurants with my family, reading non- fiction books, and playing music.
