Over the past ten years, Sailendra has led global product teams across India, Europe, the USA, and the UK at industry-leading companies like MakeMyTrip, Indeed, and Spotahome. His expertise spans online marketplaces, payments, data science, and leadership, yet it's his passion for building empowered, high-trust teams that truly defines his approach.
