Saimul Islam is the founder and CEO of DeveloperLook, a US software development company he started in 2018. He grew up in Bangladesh, left a finance degree for programming, and landed his first paying client before he felt ready. Since then his team has shipped 1,250+ projects for clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Singapore, from SaaS MVPs to ecommerce platforms and internal tools. He also built Staffic.io, a workforce management SaaS. Saimul talks about scoping software so it survives contact with real users, putting AI to work in day-to-day operations, and running a remote product team.
