Salahuddin Syed is a seasoned IT professional with over 11 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) and enterprise network engineering. He currently serves as an Advisory Senior Consultant at Deloitte and Touche LLP, where he leads CyberArk deployments, oversees system upgrades, and engineers Conjur-based secrets management across complex cloud and on-premise environments.

Throughout his career, Salahuddin has demonstrated advanced expertise in CyberArk tools, including Vault, CPM, SIA, PSM, PTA, P-cloud and Conjur. He has been instrumental in automating secrets management, developing custom PSM Connectors, CPM plugins, integrating with SAML and LDAP for identity management, and streamlining access controls using REST APIs, YAML-based policies, and PowerShell scripting. His experience spans high-profile engagements across major enterprises, where he delivered robust PAM solutions, implemented SSO configurations, automated deployments, and secured enterprise secrets in hybrid cloud environments.

Salahuddin also brings a strong foundation in network engineering, having administered Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Juniper firewalls and routing infrastructure. His work in deploying MPLS Layer 3 VPNs, troubleshooting Layer 2 and 3 protocols, configuring load balancers (F5, Kemp), and implementing SD-WAN and VoIP systems highlights his versatility in enterprise networking.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Computer Science from Koneru Lakshmaiah University. Salahuddin is a certified CyberArk PAM Defender, CyberArk PAM Sentry and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and cybersecurity excellence.
