I’m a Software Engineer at Deliveru Recruiting AI and the Co-Founder and CEO at Nyota Talents, a company on a mission to build the future of African work.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to build software for European companies — working alongside top-tier teams and industry experts. Those experiences shaped how I see technology, collaboration, and opportunity.

My passion also lies closer to home.

Across Africa, there has been massive investment in education and tech training. Yet, the irony is that after all the ups and downs, very little has been done to help these talented individuals actually succeed in their careers.

Many brilliant engineers still struggle to access global opportunities.
On the flip side, there’s been an exponential rise in global interest in outsourcing work to African talent.

This gap inspired me, alongside a couple of amazing friends/co-founders, to start Nyota Talents — a fully managed talent operating system designed to bridge that divide.

With our motto “Global Impact, Local Commitment,” we connect the ambitions of global companies with Africa’s brightest minds.
We build, train, and manage dedicated teams across core business functions — helping companies scale while creating meaningful careers for African talent.

As a Software Engineer and founder, I’m driven by a simple belief:
Excellence has no boundaries — Africa has the people, the skill, and the drive to lead the next era of global work.
