I'm a Customer Success Architect for ANS Group, where I work closely with customers to help them maximise the value of their investments in Power Platform and Dynamics 365. I've absolutely loved everything (almost) about the Power Platform since I first began working with it in 2017 from the difference it can make in an organisation and to people, to the community around Power Platform & D365. I've worked in a variety of roles, from developer to being the Power Platform & Copilot Lead at a Financial Services Organisation with 25,000 users. This was a baptism of fire in the challenges of implementing low code technology in a large scale organisation, but has also enabled me to realise the opportunity that the Power Platform offers and understanding on how to clear the path (or at least some of it!) to get there.
