Dr. Sam Mokhtari is the global sustainability pillar lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS). He got his Ph.D. from QUT back in 2014. After graduating from QUT, he worked at CSIRO and developed several AI-enabled solutions to help senior people have a safe and independent living in their smart homes. Before joining AWS, he was at Deloitte as a specialist lead, managing large-scale implementation projects focusing on emerging digital technologies to deliver economic and safety value to the customers in agile steps.
