As a bioinformatician at the German Human Genome-Phenome Archive (GHGA) and the Stegle Lab at DKFZ, I build automated data pipelines and analyze spatially resolved datasets. I integrate multiomics approaches to understand medical conditions, aiming to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and dry lab techniques to uncover deep patterns in biological data. Additionally, I participate in consortium projects focused on infrastructure building, creating standardized and reproducible workflows to facilitate downstream data analytics.
