I am a seasoned Agile professional with 15+ years experience in coaching and supporting Agile from development teams to leadership. Besides software development and IT, I have been coaching and helping public sector, sales, hardware development and entertainment industry, to name a few.
My passion is great work in great teams and (luckily?) quite many organizations are in need of such help. I give Scrum trainings and run teamwork academies both inside my company and with customer teams. I an fan of Scrum, Kanban and Systems Thinking.
I fulfill my passion for great work at Reaktor in Helsinki, Finland. Besides work I enjoy time with my family of wife and two kids.

Everyone is Agile. It is a must-be feature for companies and employees. But a lot of things that we call "Agile" are actually not very Agile - at worst, they are counter-agile and only make things worse.
