Samson Mobisa is the founder of Fox Height Ltd, a Nairobi technology company he started in September 2025 to build operator-controlled sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure for organisations whose data cannot leave their jurisdiction. Fox Height is a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner running managed Azure, Microsoft 365 and security work, and holds an Advanced Support for Partners contract. Sam has built the company's own engineering from the ground up as a solo founder: a local-first execution stack with a Rust no_std kernel, a fail-closed capability gate and an append-only cryptographic receipt log, and FoxOS, a deterministic guardrail that sits between a fab's MES and its tool controllers and vetoes any command that fails a signed safety predicate. Before Fox Height, Sam founded Mobitech Solution in 2022 and Mobixa Africa in 2023, and has worked as a full-stack engineer across JavaScript, Vue, Azure architecture, zero-trust security and Rust.
