Oshin Samuel has spent seven years building logistics businesses in Nigeria across intercity travel, warehousing, parcel delivery and on-demand food.

He owns the P&L for the second-largest zone at Chowdeck, Nigeria's largest on-demand delivery platform, covering seven sub-cities and around 30% of company monthly revenue. He joined as a courier supply lead, grew the rider base by 700 in a single week, and moved through account management to running zone strategy and operations, reaching the top-ranked portfolio on his team.

Before Chowdeck he was on the founding operations team at Sendstack, a next-day delivery company, where he identified a verification failure affecting the whole industry — couriers marking orders delivered against customers denying receipt, with no proof either way — and designed the pickup-and-delivery PIN in response. Sendstack was the first Nigerian platform to launch it. It is now standard across the market.

He also co-founded Tura Technologies, a central-warehouse fulfilment company that cut last-mile delivery cost by removing the vendor pickup leg entirely, and started his career at T40 Technologies building Intercity into the largest interstate route network in West Africa.

He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lagos, writes his own SQL, advises an early-stage logistics startup, and teaches data analytics to university students.
