An avid crafter and puzzler from early on, Sandhya Rao found her niche in product management over 15 years ago where she has been using her creativity to solve tough problems for consumers, small businesses, and enterprises. Sandhya has been with Microsoft for over four years focusing on integrating Microsoft Teams with 1st and 3rd party devices such as Microsoft Hololens, Microsoft Teams Rooms for Android, Microsoft Teams phones, and certified personal peripherals including headset, speakers, and cameras. Prior to that Sandhya spent three years as Sr. Director of Software Product Management for Honeywell Connected Home where she led development of software solutions for IoT products such as thermostats and security systems. She has also worked at several start-ups, and held a variety of positions during her 10-year tenure at American Express. She holds an A.B. from Harvard University and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
