Sandra has her roots in online marketing and key account management and has worked in these areas as a teamlead in startups in an international environment. In 2016, she discovered OKR as her “gateway drug” to the world of agility and took on the role of OKR Master within the company. Excited by this new take on team dynamics and collaboration, she made herself redundant by digitizing and optimizing her job and went into freelancing in 2019.
