Sanna is a passionate agile advocate who believes that most problems stem from—and can be solved through—communication. Since graduating, she has worked in the IT sector, focusing on agile and Scrum methodologies since 2017. To make communication more effective and engaging, she began incorporating improvisation techniques into training, workshops, and meetings. Combined with her decade-long fascination with understanding human behavior, this creates the perfect recipe for her approach. She loves blending different approaches, always exploring what it means to be more human in the process.
