Santosh is an AVP of DevOps and Infrastructure Engineering at a leading global financial institution, where he oversees large-scale infrastructure spanning the UK, US, and Asia. With over 11 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering, he has built and led high-performing engineering teams responsible for mission-critical systems in highly regulated environments.

Prior to his current role, Santosh served as Lead DevOps Engineer and Team Lead at a global credit financial institution , where he led a team of ten engineers delivering enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines, API management solutions, and database replication systems. His work consistently bridges the gap between engineering rigour and operational excellence.
