"Dr. Sara Dail is the Assistant Superintendent at Sterling Public Schools in Sterling, IL.
She leads her district in the areas of recruitment, human resources, bilingual education, homeless liaison, and safety management. She is also an adjunct professor for the University of Illinois relating to reunification and school safety and Western Illinois University in the area of educational leadership. She travels around the midwest presenting with the Illinois Fire Service Institute on active shooter protocol and reunification. Dr. Dail is also a United Way board member and has served two terms as Board President. She is a proud member of IASPA and has presented and served as Conference Committee Chair."

Kerry Frank is a Senior Account Manager at BloomBoard where she supports school districts across Illinois in recruiting, developing, and advancing educators. Prior to her role at BloomBoard, Kerry was an Elementary School Teacher teacher where she worked with 5th graders while also coaching and mentoring incoming student teachers. Kerry started her career in broadcast journalism, serving as a morning anchor and education news reporter for WBNG TV in New York and WBRE-WYOU in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Kristie Jackson, Senior Learning Strategist at BloomBoard and 2012 AZ Teacher of the Year, is a 23 year educator, having taught K-3rd grade, as well as held the roles of reading coach/interventionist, K-8 site level administrator and K-12 district leader. She has obtained Master's degrees in educational administration and supervision as well as curriculum and instruction with reading specialist and ESL endorsements. Her doctorate in higher and post-secondary education focused on innovative teacher retention pathways. Northern Arizona University awarded her an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters for her service as a state and national education and equity advocate.
