Sara has an extensive cross-sector background in the field of early childhood (non-profit, private, corporate, Head Start & Early Head Start) including work with state departments of education, early childhood programs, and school districts. She has provided consultation and support to organizations implementing the CLASS measure as a part of their quality efforts. But one of her favorites roles was as a teacher in a mixed age setting serving children birth to three.

Sara now serves as the Director of Partnership Development at Teachstone, where she focuses on building strategic partnerships that will further the mission to enable life-changing interactions for all children.
