Sarah Morgan is the founder and CEO of Nano-Lit Technologies, a lighting company that develops health-optimized circadian lighting systems using quantum dots, a Nobel Prize–winning nanomaterial. With over a decade of experience leading Nano-Lit, Sarah has worked at the intersection of industrial design, neuroscience, and innovation policy, building lighting technology that supports human health and performance—both on Earth and in space.

Her work has been implemented in healthcare, elder care, and aerospace settings, and has been recognized by the Illuminating Engineering Society for significant advancements in the science of light. A former advisor to the Royal Bank of Canada’s Women in Cleantech Accelerator, Sarah regularly speaks on the neuroscience of light, the ROI of health-optimized buildings, and the next frontier of lighting as a performance tool.

She is currently developing Sunlight on Demand, a new venture that uses AI to deliver personalized light schedules for wellness and performance.
