She spent over ten years practicing law, where she specialized in public finance and provided legal counsel to local governments and special taxing districts. She earned a reputation for her practical legal solutions and sharp business acumen, making her a reliable advisor on complex bond financing transactions. While she no longer practices law, she now channels her expertise into entrepreneurial ventures alongside her husband, Gabe, applying the knowledge she gained throughout her legal career. Her ability to navigate both legal complexities and business challenges positions her for continued success in her entrepreneurial endeavors.

Born and raised in Aspen, Colorado, Sarah was a high achiever from a young age. At Aspen High School, she was a member of the National Honor Society, demonstrating her dedication to academics and community involvement. After graduating in 2002, she moved to Florida to attend Rollins College in Orlando, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications. She graduated cum laude in 2006, balancing her academic excellence with leadership roles in the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, where she eventually became chapter president. These experiences shaped her leadership abilities and prepared her for the challenges of both law and entrepreneurship.

Driven by her passion for law, Warren pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, Tennessee, graduating in May 2010. While at Vanderbilt, she gained practical legal experience as an Associate Editor of the Environmental Journal and through her work with the International Law Practice Clinic. These opportunities provided her with essential skills in legal research, analysis, and advisory services, all of which would prove invaluable as she embarked on a career focused on public finance and infrastructure development.

After law school, Sarah began her career in a business capacity at American Express in 2011, managing corporate account development. Her time at American Express was marked by her exceptional performance, earning her recognition as a top-ranked rookie and later as a leading business development manager. This experience gave her valuable insights into client relations and corporate strategy, which complemented her legal expertise and laid a strong foundation for her future work in public finance.

In 2013, Sarah Warren returned to her legal roots, joining the Office of the General Counsel for the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity. There, she worked on community planning and strategic business development, gaining firsthand knowledge of government regulations and processes. This role exposed her to the inner workings of public policy, helping her build a foundation in government law and preparing her for future roles advising special taxing districts and managing public finance transactions.

In 2014, Sarah joined Hopping Green & Sams, P.A., where she became a shareholder and worked within the firm's Special District practice group. She advised community development districts, real estate developers, and other governmental entities on public infrastructure projects throughout Florida. Her work focused on securing financing for the construction of roads, utilities, and other public infrastructure necessary to support large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. As Issuer's Counsel, she guided her clients through complex bond transactions, ensuring the successful funding of essential community infrastructure.

Warren's expertise in public finance expanded during her time at Hopping Green & Sams. She became a trusted advisor to special districts and governmental entities, offering counsel on bond issuance, public infrastructure bidding, and tax-exempt financing strategies. She collaborated with underwriters, trustees, and government officials to ensure that financing structures aligned with both public and private sector needs. Her ability to manage intricate legal and financial transactions cemented her reputation as a leader in the field of public finance law.

In January 2022, Sarah Warren joined Bryant Miller Olive P.A. (BMO), a law firm specializing in public finance. At BMO, she continued her focus on advising local governments, serving as counsel on bond issuance and public financing transactions. She worked closely with financial advisors and industry professionals to develop innovative financing solutions that supported infrastructure projects across Florida. Her work required a deep understanding of federal securities laws and public finance regulations, which allowed her to navigate the complexities of tax-exempt bonds and disclosure requirements with ease.

Throughout her legal career, Sarah also maintained active involvement in professional organizations. She was a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where she contributed to the Women's Leadership Initiative, participated in the Young Leaders Group, and volunteered with the Urban Plan educational program. Her commitment to continuing education and professional development extended to mentoring others, where she shared her knowledge with colleagues and aspiring professionals alike.

Beyond her professional achievements, Warren has a lifelong passion for equestrian sports. She began riding horses at the age of six and went on to compete in national horse show circuits. During her time at Rollins College, she helped establish the Rollins College Equestrian Team and served as its president during her sophomore and junior years. Even now, she enjoys spending time in the saddle, staying connected to the sport that has been a part of her life for so long.

When not pursuing entrepreneurial ventures or enjoying equestrian activities, Sarah embraces other outdoor interests such as hiking, skiing, and horseback riding. Her love for nature and physical activity reflects the balance she strives to maintain between her professional and personal life. In addition to outdoor pursuits, she has a passion for reading and creative writing, interests that stem from her background in English. She has participated in various writing and research projects throughout her educational and professional careers, demonstrating her intellectual curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning.
