The web belongs to everyone!!!
Session Details
As my title speaks, the web belongs to everyone, but is it accessible to everyone? Are we focusing on our audience with impairments and their challenges? A small UI element like a carousel slider may be a considerable challenge for many users out there, a colorful image that looks appealing to us might affect many visually impaired users. Here comes web accessibility, to bring equality among users with impairments and make our web applications accessible to anyone with ease.
In this session let's understand the importance of web accessibility, tools, and technologies used in accessibility, how it works in improving accessibility, an introduction to AI's role in breaking the accessibility barriers, and a quick run on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG)
