She has built several products/platforms in different types of ecosystems ranging from Enterprise F500s to fledgling Startups for both global and local customers.
At PayPal she is crafting enterprise strategy for disputes and customer service. She is a hard core customer champion and believes in driving value leveraging the technology landscape. She continues to explore new technologies and her thirst for knowledge drives her to build products in ways that people love to use and adds value to the ecosystem.
She has also co-authored a white paper on “The Online Self-Service Portal Journey” for customer service and has written several blogs on Product Management on LinkedIn.
