Scott has more than 20 years of experience in biogas conveyance, treatment, beneficial use, and regulatory compliance. He has served as lead engineer for numerous biogas beneficial use projects, from preliminary feasibility through commissioning and management of facility improvements, expansions, and environmental compliance. He has extensive environmental permitting experience (air, solid waste, beneficial use) and developing operating plans for all types of biogas generation facilities. Scott’s core engineering competencies include gas process engineering, mechanical and civil design, and overall balance of plant facility design.
