Sean Goggins is Co-Director of the Linux Foundation's CHAOSS Project.

Sean Goggins maintains the CHAOSS Project's Augur Software and created the University of Missouri's Masters's Degree in Data Science in 2015. Sean manages the pipeline between CHAOSS metrics, a taxonomy for project health metrics, and their translation into software components. Sean is also active working with the OSPO groups in Open Source Scientific Software, Academic Software and leads the Risk Working group
