He helps design and drive AI-powered content processing capabilities that enable organizations to organize, discover, and leverage their information with greater intelligence and ease.

His recent work includes contributing to the development of the SharePoint Knowledge Agent (now AI in SharePoint) for content managers, a metadata-driven set of skills that brings intelligent automation to document organization, metadata recommendations, and Copilot-grounded responses. Sean works closely with engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and pilot customers to refine metadata understanding, evaluate AI-generated results, and deliver features that make content management more intuitive and impactful.
