Selvamurugan (Selva) Ramamoorthy is a data engineering and database platform leader with 20 years of experience in regulated industries, including healthcare and life sciences. He designs and leads secure, scalable, GxP-compliant data platforms across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS and Azure), using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and Azure Synapse.

His work centers on data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance, with controls aligned to GxP, HIPAA, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. He combines governance-first design with modern data engineering to turn complex data ecosystems into trusted, AI-ready platforms.
