Andrei Seoev is the co-founder and CEO of MEV-X, where he leads product development and research. He has co-authored several papers on DeFi, LP economics, and MEV, and created the MEV Explorer for EVM chains.

Since 2023, MEV-X has operated as a searcher, running live atomic and CEX–DEX arbitrage strategies across Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Base, and other EVM networks.

In 2025, the team applied this experience to build MEV-X Homelander, a plugin that enables AMM pools to capture their own extractable value and redistribute it to pool owners and liquidity providers rather than letting it leak to validators and external searchers.
