Most predictive maintenance systems send alerts based on thresholds – notify when a sensor reading crosses a limit, then leave root-cause analysis and decision making to engineers.
This session presents the architecture of a self-evolving AI Agent system designed for manufacture domain on a Kubernetes-based platform. Rather than building a single monolithic agent, the speaker shows three key design decisions: (1) a ReAct-based cognitive architecture with a modular skills engine, (2) a hierarchical multi-agent deep search architecture using a multi-perspective pattern with cross-reference synthesis, and (3) a self-evolving mechanism where the agent detect repeated interaction patterns via reflection and autonomously registers new skills.
Attendees will leave with a concrete architecture for building AI Agent systems that run as cloud native microservices on Kubernetes – designed to be modular, observable, and extensible across any industrial domain.
