I grew up heading large organization especially in the Retail industry as Head of Retail Operations, Director Retail, Head of Brand Development, COO Retail etc. I reckoned that Technology is a facilitator/enabler, therefore understand business is inevitable. Today, I am the only person in this region with an efficacious combination of Retail Management and IT Technology. After two decades as an industry expert now I am running an ERP Implementation organization which is partner of Microsoft Dynamics registered under the name of Techserv Systems belonging to the group Forte Business Solutions, Dubai, UAE.
