Shana Russell serves as the Associate Director of College Counseling at Westminster School and an Adjunct Professor for Lehigh University’s College Counseling Certificate program. With a career spanning nearly two decades and multiple continents, Shana brings a unique global perspective to the admissions process. Before joining Westminster, she spent nine years working internationally across Asia, following five years in domestic admissions at Trinity College (CT) and Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
