Shane Olsen is an experienced relationship manager in the wireless technology space. He is dedicated to providing superior customer service to numerous Public Safety agencies across Minnesota.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, Shane draws on his years of wireless experience to solve first responders' communications issues. He moved from consumer wireless and launched the only dedicated Public Safety Network at FirstNet, built with AT&T in 2018. He can often be found in the field deploying wireless technology for city, county, state and federal agencies.

Shane's wireless portfolio includes smartphones, routers, IoT, encryption, in-building design, satellite resources, network design, situational awareness apps, Land Mobile Radio - Cellular Push to Talk interoperability, fleet management, and emergency cellular/satellite deployments.

A proven and reliable track record with numerous state agencies, Shane is relied upon to deliver exceptional response time for both emergent and non-emergent requests. He has been called upon to support wildfires, COVID-19, unrest across the Twin Cities, fiber cuts, sporting events, state of Minnesota communication exercises, PSAPs, and Presidential visits.
