Shani has spent her career bridging the gap between deep technical algorithms and real business realities. Starting in the trenches of NLP and Data Science, she went on to co-found her own deep-tech startup and lead AI in the medical tech space. Today, as VP of AI at Melingo (Britannica), her passion is building systems and teams that make AI work at scale. She recently led an architectural shift to a multi-agent ecosystem and built a No-Code Agent Builder to democratize AI across the company.

Beyond corporate architecture, Shani architects communities. She founded NLP IL, growing it into a network of 6,000+ active practitioners, and serves as a prominent leader in Baot—Israel's largest professional tech community for 8,500+ senior women in R&D. Across these platforms, she recruits, manages, and mentors dozens of community managers and emerging technical leaders.

At her core, Shani is a builder of systems, communities, and people. Balancing a high-stakes career with raising four children (including twins) has forged her resilience, radical prioritization, and empathetic leadership. Today, her focus is on leading strategic transformations at the highest levels, ensuring that advanced AI ecosystems deliver measurable bottom-line growth (ARR) and sustainable product-led scale.
