As the former worldwide architect for Next-Generation Developer Experience, he's spent years at the frontier of how AI is reshaping software engineering — evaluating and building developer tools that actually ship. Today he leads initiatives around agentic governance and AI agent infrastructure at AWS, tackling the exact verification and trust problems at the heart of this talk: how do you prove an autonomous system is doing the right thing? His background spans cloud-native architecture, open-source contributions, and research in optical communications at Georgia State University.
